01. Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or joining one of our channels, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, and trading must be legal where you live. That is your responsibility to check, not ours.

02. What we provide — and what we do not

We publish trading signals and educational material for forex, gold, oil and indices, delivered through Telegram. Each signal contains a pair, a direction, one entry, one stop loss and one take profit.

What we do not do:

• We do not give personal investment advice. We know nothing about your finances, your goals or how much risk suits you, so nothing we publish is a recommendation tailored to you.
• We do not manage anyone's money and we never take control of a trading account.
• We do not guarantee profit, a win rate, or any particular result. Any figures on this site describe what has already happened and are not a forecast.
• We are not a broker, and we do not hold client funds.

Every trade you place is your own decision, placed from your own account, at your own risk.

03. Risk

Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk. You can lose money quickly, you can lose all of your capital, and with leverage you can lose more than you deposited.

Losing trades are a normal part of this service. Our published record includes them. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and seek independent advice if you are unsure.

04. Memberships and access

A membership gives one person access to a private Telegram channel for the period you paid for. A lifetime membership means one payment with no renewal, for as long as the service continues to operate.

Your access is personal. You may not:

• Share your access, or let anyone else use it.
• Forward, repost, resell or republish our signals anywhere, including in other channels, groups or paid services.
• Use our signals to run a service of your own.

If you do any of these, we may end your membership immediately and without a refund.

05. Prices and payment

Memberships are arranged directly with us in a Telegram conversation. We confirm the plan and the price with you, you make the payment, and we add you to the channel by hand — usually quickly, but it is a manual step, not an instant one.

There is no checkout on this website and we never ask you to enter card details on a page here. Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change; the price we confirm with you in the conversation is the price that applies.

06. Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of payment to change your mind. Message us on Telegram or email us inside that window and we will refund that payment in full.

After 7 days, memberships are not refundable. The reason is simple: by then you have received the signals, and they cannot be given back.

Two exceptions:

• If a membership is ended because access was shared or signals were republished, no refund is due.
• Free VIP Membership involves no payment to us, so there is nothing for us to refund. Your broker deposit is your own money, held in your own account, and you deal with the broker about it directly.

A refund is returned by the same route the payment came in wherever that is possible.

07. Free VIP Membership

Free VIP is funded by the commission a broker pays us for introducing you. To qualify you must open a new account with one of our recommended brokers using our link, complete that broker's identity checks, and fund it to the level shown for the tier you want.

Things worth knowing:

• An account you already had cannot be used, because no commission is paid on it.
• Your deposit is your money, in your own account, in your name. We never hold it and we cannot touch it. You may withdraw it whenever you like.
• If the deposit is withdrawn straight away, the broker usually reverses the commission, and the membership ends with it.
• We add you once the broker confirms the account. That normally happens quickly but is not instant.
• The offer, the qualifying amounts and the list of brokers can change at any time. A membership already granted is not taken away because the offer later changed.

08. Brokers and affiliate links

Some broker and prop firm links on this site are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, the broker pays us a commission. It costs you nothing extra and does not change your spreads or trading conditions. We say so on the pages where those links appear.

We are not responsible for any broker or prop firm. Your account, your deposits and your withdrawals are between you and them. Check a firm's regulation before you send it money — our licence checker is a starting point, not a guarantee.

09. Telegram Trade Linker

Our MT4/MT5 trade copier is a separate product with its own website, telegramtradelinker.com. Buying it, logging in, its support and its own refund terms all live there, and its terms apply to it rather than these.

10. Calculators, the licence checker and market data

The calculators, the licence checker and any market data on this site are provided for convenience. Results are indicative. Prices come from third-party providers and can be delayed or wrong, and broker conditions differ.

Check anything important with your own broker before you rely on it for a trade.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not attack, overload, scrape or try to break into this site or our channels, impersonate us, or use our name, logo or content to promote something of your own without permission.

12. Our content

The text, design, analysis, signals and tools on this site belong to us. You are welcome to use them for your own trading. You may not copy or republish them for anyone else without our written permission.

13. Ending a membership

You can leave a channel whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a payment is reversed, or if someone behaves abusively towards our team or other members.

We may also stop offering a service entirely. If that happens to a membership you have paid for and it is not because of something you did, we will refund the unused part of it fairly.

14. Availability

We work to keep the site and the channels running, but we cannot promise they will never be interrupted. Telegram outages, broker outages, hosting problems and market conditions are outside our control, and we are not liable for a signal that reaches you late or not at all because of them.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Beyond that: we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, our signals, or a broker you found through us. You place your own trades and you carry that risk.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
