01. Who we are

FX Broker Signal provides forex, gold and indices trading signals and education, delivered through Telegram. You can reach us at support@fxbrokersignal.com or on Telegram at @fxbrokersignal.

We are a signals and education service. We do not hold your money, we do not manage anyone's trading account, and we are not a broker.

02. Information you give us

We only collect what we need to answer you and to run your membership:

• Contact form — your name, email address and message. These are sent to our inbox and stored with the website so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
• Telegram — if you message us or join a channel, we see your Telegram username, your Telegram user ID and whatever you send us. Telegram itself is run by Telegram, under their own privacy policy.
• Membership — the plan you chose and confirmation that payment was made, so we know which channel to add you to.
• Free VIP Membership — the broker you chose, your trading account number, and the deposit screenshot you send us, so we can confirm the account was opened through our link.

You do not need an account on this website to read anything, to use the calculators, or to use the broker licence checker.

03. Payments

Memberships are arranged by hand in a Telegram conversation. There is no checkout on this website, and you never type a card number, a bank login or any payment credential into a page here.

Whatever payment method you and we agree on is handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We see the confirmation you send us, not your card or account details.

If anyone claiming to be us asks you to enter card details on a page on this site, it is not us.

04. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some information when you visit:

• Google Analytics — which pages were visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what kind of device and browser was used, and how people move through the site. We use this to see which pages are useful and which are not.
• Server logs — our hosting providers keep standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

We use this to understand the site as a whole. We are not trying to work out who you personally are from it, and we do not sell it.

05. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses two kinds:

• Essential cookies, which are needed for pages to work properly.
• Google Analytics cookies, which count visits and pages as described above.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not stop you using the site. Google also publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere.

06. How we use your information

To reply to you, to give you the membership you paid for, to confirm a Free VIP deposit with the broker, to send you the signals you signed up for, and to keep the site working and secure. That is all.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

07. Who else sees it

A small number of companies process data on our behalf because they run parts of the service:

• Our website hosting providers, who serve the pages and store contact form messages.
• Google, for the analytics described above.
• Telegram, which carries every message and every signal.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Separately, if you click one of our broker or prop firm links and open an account, that broker collects your information directly under its own privacy policy. We are not part of that, and we do not receive your identity documents. We are told only that an account was opened through our link, so the broker can pay the commission that funds the Free VIP offer.

08. How long we keep it

Contact form messages and Telegram conversations are kept while they are useful for support and for our records. Membership records are kept for as long as the membership runs, and afterwards for as long as we may need them for accounting or a dispute.

If you want your information deleted, email us and we will do it, unless we are required to keep something.

09. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it.

Email support@fxbrokersignal.com and we will deal with it. We may need to check you are who you say you are first.

10. Where your information goes

We serve a global audience and the companies listed above operate internationally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

11. Children

This site and our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We take sensible steps to protect the information we hold. We will not pretend any system is perfectly secure — no website can promise that.

You can help: never share your broker password with anyone, including us, and never share a Telegram login code.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
